Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after confirmation.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped
- Products that have been opened or used
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit,
- Defective, or
- Incorrect compared to your order,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
